App Earnings Privacy Policy

Who we are

App Earnings is provided by Darweish Designs. If you have a privacy or support question, contact us at info@darweish.com.

What App Earnings does

App Earnings connects to the App Store Connect reporting services you authorise so it can show your app proceeds, sales, downloads, subscription information and related analytics.

Information we process

How your App Store Connect credentials are handled

Your App Store Connect private key is transmitted over HTTPS to the App Earnings service and stored in encrypted form for the purpose of retrieving the reports you request. The iPhone app stores a connection token in the iOS Keychain rather than keeping the private key itself on the device.

You should create a Team API key with only the permissions required for reporting and revoke that key in App Store Connect if you no longer wish it to be used.

Payments and subscriptions

App Earnings subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Darweish Designs does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple provides subscription and transaction status information needed to unlock paid access and restore purchases.

Why we use the information

Sharing and selling data

We do not sell your personal information or App Store reporting data to advertisers. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate App Earnings, such as Apple and our hosting/email infrastructure, or where required by law.

Retention and deletion

App Earnings may cache reporting data and connection information while your connection remains active. When you disconnect App Store Connect from the app, the associated connection credentials and cached reports are scheduled for removal by the service. Apple subscription records may continue to exist within Apple's systems in accordance with Apple's own policies and legal obligations.

Security

We use HTTPS for network communication, encrypted storage for App Store Connect private-key material, and the iOS Keychain for the app's connection token. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so you should revoke your App Store Connect API key promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Your choices

You can disconnect App Store Connect from within App Earnings, revoke the API key in App Store Connect, manage or cancel your App Earnings subscription through Apple, and contact us to ask about information associated with your connection.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when App Earnings changes. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
